Shez Raja writes:

“I’m thrilled to share the news about a homecoming show that holds a lot of significance for me.

“On Saturday 28 September I’ll be performing at Future Yard in the Wirral, NW England – the area where I grew up and spent my formative years. This show is particularly special because it marks my first performance in the Wirral for 25 years. Returning to the place where my musical journey began feels like coming full circle.

“As a boy, I earned the money for my first bass guitar by delivering the local Wirral Globe newspaper. I vividly remember playing in various bands around the Wirral and Liverpool, where the vibrant local music scene and the incredible audiences inspired me as I developed my voice as a musician.

“The Wirral is where my love for music really blossomed, and the energy of those early days still resonates with me. Returning to perform there after so many years is super exciting and I’m looking forward to reconnecting with the place and the people who played such a pivotal role as I started out on my music career.

“This will be a truly heartfelt performance in the home where I first drew my inspiration and I can’t wait to share this special moment with everyone.”
