Photo-Essay. 22 March 2024

Eleonora Claps

Eleonora Claps. You beauty! This Italian-born woman, mother and fabulous musical artist absolutely delighted a warm and plentiful audience at Jazz Cafe POSK. On a night of originality, expert musicality and diversity, she lit up the stage, pouring all of her talent and life experience thus far, in to the launch of her new album “10pm”.

John Crawford

Renowned pianist / composer (and normally bandleader) John Crawford, visibly happy here in MSJ’s photo, as he takes a supporting role with his trademark strength of playing and references to his Spanish roots

In reference to her earlier years in all female Italian Indie band ‘Vertigini’ (see link to interview below) Eleonora shared her drumming skills in combination with her highly individual songwriting.

Andy Hamill

One of our finest bass players, Andy Hamill always adds a great deal of extra creativity and perhaps a touch of ‘Scottish sunshine’ to his already perfectly honed skills.

‘Expert in his field, established classical and Latin percussionist Andres Ticino brought the flavour of his Uruguayan homeland beautifully into the mix’

A deep-down, good and positive spirit, right to the core is Eleonora Claps, Follow her musical career…travel with her on her musical journey….especially if you are one of those – like Eleonora herself – who puts all her energy into making the world a better, happier, friendlier place.
