“I’m so happy to announce that my 4th album on ECM Records will be out this autumn. This time a trio with my dear friends and incredible musicians Alice Zawadzki and Misha Mullov-Abbado. The record is called Za Górami (‘Behind the Mountains’ in Polish).

A year ago we were in the Stelio Molo RSI, Lugano, exploring piano, voice, double bass, vielle, drums and violin sounds with Manfred Eicher, who helped us make something we’re really proud of.

Stefano Amerio did an incredible job on sound. A lot of love went in, and it’s a true group effort. Lots more soon!” (quote ends)

  1. I’m looking forward to this release. I saw Fred Thomas, Alice Zawadzki and Misha Mullov-Abbado at the Vortex in April and their performance was spellbinding – one of the best gigs I’ve seen this year; please return for an album launch gig!

    1. Hi Graham – you’re coming to Dorset to see Rob Luft in October, so if you can make another trip a month earlier, we have Alice, Misha and Fred here in a special gig at Corfe Castle on 14th Sept, just 6 days before the album release!
